Successfully Intuitive & Inviting
Looking to the product catalog for inspiration, I was able to create layers of navigation that reflected that of the product catalog. In doing so I was able to create a familiar environment for the user to browse.
The most successful aspect of this product kiosk was that it gave customers, especially those who tend to be more introverted, an opportunity to get the information they were looking for without feeling the pressure of speaking to a sales person. In the event that they did begin a conversation, the sales person was then able to use this kiosk as a way to show other products without having to walk across the booth which could potentially disrupt other visitors.
